Jake Paul did it again. Despite a horde of skeptics, Twitter naysayers, and Piers Morgan’s insulting TV interview, the YouTuber-turned-boxer stepped into the ring against former WBC champion Julio César Chávez Jr. – and emerged with a victory by points after 10 intense rounds.

But it wasn’t just the victory that stole the spotlight. It was Paul’s response afterward.

“Shut the f— up.”

That was Jake Paul’s blunt answer when asked in a post-fight interview about the reaction from the audience – which mostly sounded like a mix of boos and skepticism.

Drenched in sweat, attitude, and enough confidence to supply an entire stadium, he continued: “All the boos are words, and actions speak louder than words, so y’all can shut the f— up. I just beat your boy’s a–. Easy work.”

Paul, who for years has been mocked for being more of an influencer than an athlete, took yet another step towards proving he belongs in the boxing world. And according to him, he’s just getting started.

From Mike Tyson to Chávez Jr.

Jake Paul’s career in the ring has been anything but ordinary. After facing Mike Tyson in 2024, he now took on another icon in Chávez Jr. – a fight many thought he couldn’t win. But he did. And now he says he’s ready for more.

With five years in his boxing career and a record list that can no longer be dismissed as a gimmick, the question is no longer if Jake Paul is a “real boxer.” It is, who will he face next.

Critics Must Watch

Even though Jake Paul’s statement didn’t win him any new fans among the more conservative boxing voices, one thing is certain: He’s not afraid of adversity. And he knows how to turn it into fuel.

If you thought Paul was just a TikTok star with boxing gloves, it might be time to reconsider. He’s got money, fans, and now another victory. And if you don’t like it? Well, he’s already said it himself.
